DIY: How to Build a Secure Business Website - A message from the winner

Last year, alpher partnered with Cyber Security Expert, Confidence Staveley in a 2-part series, where she taught 300 women how to build their own secure business website.

2 lucky ladies won the opportunity to be personally mentored and have their website sponsored by Confidence. We were able to interview one of the winners and have her tell us what working with Confidence was like.

Interviewer: How easy was it to build your website with Confidence’s help?

Ogechi Okoro (CEO, Sproutmax): It was a bit challenging because it is a whole new territory for me, but   Confidence brought the ease into it and made it worth the while.

Interviewer: What was your experience working with Confidence?

Ogechi Okoro (CEO, Sproutmax): My experience working with confidence was refreshing, I like the fact that she was patient and answered all questions with expertise.

Interviewer: How did this opportunity impact your business?

Ogechi Okoro (CEO, Sproutmax): This opportunity has exposed my business and given it a level of authenticity because customers, family, friends and more especially prospective customers are comfortable in purchasing our products and it is a lot easier to refer people that are not active on social media to just check out the website and make their purchases.

Interviewer: Would you recommend the alpher community to your friends and family?

Ogechi Okoro (CEO, Sproutmax): Most definitely, I have already started telling people and women in business to open an account with Union Bank as well as what they stand to benefit from doing that.
