The last couple of weeks have been challenging for the world.
Uncertainty, paranoia and concern are probably the top 3 emotions you feel every time you turn on the TV or listen to the radio.
There are so many rules to follow to stay safe;
-Wash your hands with soap and water
-Do not touch your face
-Use hand sanitizers
-Keep a social distance from your neighbor
Social distancing may be the new religion, but does this mean we should not show love or kindness to the people around us?
Acts of kindness go a long way in bringing hope to your community.
What can you do to help?
-Check on your neighbors
-Donate to a cause
-Share positive information
-Reach out to your loved ones
-Self-isolate! Flatten the curve
There may be a shortage of masks, ventilators, drugs and groceries but there should never be a shortage of goodness, love and kindness in your heart.
An act of kindness a day will make the world a better place.
